Edgar Papke

Edgar Papke

Founder & CEO

Edgar Papke is an author, speaker and globally recognized expert in business alignment, leadership and organizational culture. He is the author of True Alignment: Linking Company Culture to Customer Needs for Extraordinary Results, The Elephant in the Boardroom, and numerous essays and articles on business and culture.

Edgar provides coaching and consulting to CEO’s and executives, delivers keynote speeches and presentations, and works with leadership teams to improve their alignment. He was recently honored as the Impact and International Speaker of the Year by Vistage, the world’s largest organization for CEOs. Worldwide, over 20,000 executives and leaders have attended his workshops.

Mr. Papke holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from Regis University, a B.S. in International Business Administration, and a degree from the Culinary Institute of America.

Dr. Ken Sagendorf

Consultant, Coach, Program Leader, & Partner

Dr. Ken Sagendorf has served as a Board Member, an Executive, a Founder, and a Consultant.  He brings a unique combination of cutting edge thinking together with practical experience.  He has worked in the education sector, personal health sector, and food manufacturing sector. He has founded small businesses focused on personal fitness and wellness in California and New York. He has first-hand experience in starting, growing and exiting businesses.   

In addition to his experience in the for-profit world, Ken has extensive leadership experience in the university and the not-for-profit spaces. Building on his academic credentials and multiple published books, Ken has become notable for his focus on how people learn and how people innovate – two key challenges facing enterprises around the globe.  

Ken holds a Ph.D. in College Science Teaching, a Master’s in Applied Exercise Physiology and a B.S. in Biology, all from Syracuse University.  In addition, he completed postdoctoral work in Marketing and Management at the University of Florida and currently directs The Innovation Center in the Anderson College of Business and Computing at Regis University in Denver, CO. 

Heather Kuhar

Chief Operations Officer, CSCP & Operations Executive

Heather Kuhar is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in cultivating and assembling high-caliber teams across diverse industries and operational landscapes. With a track record of excellence, she has consistently attracted, hired, and nurtured talented individuals to drive success within the Operations sphere.

Currently serving as Director at Redstone Government Consulting, Inc. since June 2023, Heather is at the forefront of strategic leadership in the heart of Denver, Colorado. In just four months in this role, she has already demonstrated her prowess in guiding the organization to new heights.

Heather simultaneously holds the position of Chief Operations Officer at True Alignment since May 2023, where she continues to steer the ship toward operational excellence. Her strategic vision and dedication are instrumental in shaping the company’s future.

Thomas Lockwood

Consultant, Coach, & Design Leader

Thomas Lockwood has a Ph.D. in design management and is recognized as a thought leader at integrating design and innovation practice into business, and building great design, UX and innovation organizations. He is the is the co-author/editor of Design ThinkingCorporate CreativityBuilding Design Strategy and The Handbook of Design Management.

Tom has lectured and led workshops in over 20 countries, produced 22 conferences about design leadership, and is a design adviser to countries and companies. His design accomplishments range from creating high-tech skiwear used by the US Olympic Nordic Ski Team to corporate design programs for Fortune 500 organizations. He is the founding partner of Lockwood Resource, an international consulting and recruiting firm specializing in design and innovation leadership. Previously he’s been the president of DMI, the Design Management Institute, a corporate design director, and a partner and creative director at several design firms.

James Neuhalfen

Executive Producer & Multimedia Communications

James Neuhalfen is a dynamic professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. As an Executive Producer and Chief Operating Officer, he excels in multimedia communications and team leadership. James has a talent for blending creativity with technology, evident in his role as an Executive Producer curating content for The True Alignment® Podcast.

He manages his own multimedia production company, where his technical expertise and attention to detail help brands tell their story visually. His prior roles as a Data Center Machanical/ Electrical Team Lead, Marketing Executive, and IT Coordinator in Shenzhen, China reflect his adaptability and problem-solving aptitude. James’s career showcases a commitment to excellence and innovation, underpinned by a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis in Photography from the University of Colorado Denver.
